'Spring' into Pastels Series - Spring Greens

by | 2018-04-04

As we get closer to spring, pastels are blooming everywhere! From the catwalk right into our wardrobes, particularly my wardrobe! I just love the freshness it gives a look so it is no surprise that I got them in five colors. If you love Lilacs, which is a color trend at the moment, you can check my last blog. Here are the pastels for this Spring series!

For this second in the series, I'm featuring this Spring Green trousers from Zara. This shade of green is both fun and feminine just perfect for spring! As always, I have styled this pair three ways to share with you some styling ideas. Hope you enjoy!

LOOK ONE: Green on Green

Here, I put together different hues of green starting from the dark green haltered top. This cut always reminds of a sporty look so I balanced it out with the accessories to add a touch of elegance. The necklace from Mango has both pink and green which inspired the rest of the look such as the earrings, bracelet and watch. And of course, how can I not mention this cool three in one handbag? I would say that this look is quite funky and best worn as casual or in a creative work environment.

LOOK TWO:  White on Green

I chose this top from Zara because I really like the asymmetrical cut, it is so chic! I styled it with all rounded accessories like the bag and the necklace to create a playful look! I have worn this on a day time date or lunch meetings.

LOOK THREE: Prints on Green

One of the trends I saw for spring is the mix of florals and stripes just like my bodysuit top here! I love this stylish combination and is perfect with the pants because of the thick green stripe! To complete the look, I used accessories that has the same colors as the top making this outfit fashionable!
